I must have an attitude that will motivate and inspire my peers. If a situation arrive I must be willing to do what ever it takes to solve the problem. I can't expect my peers to do something if I'm not willing to do it myself. I have to learn how to listen, ask questions, and observe those around me so I may be able to help them in what ever matter.Mainly, As a good leader I must have good leadership traits by setting high values in myself so I may earn the trust of others, be responsible, and always willing to learn.
